Description

Odd Job Boro RBA

The Suicide Mods Odd Job RBA is a boro bridge designed for AIO and boro mod users who want to build their own coils rather than rely on stock heads. The defining feature is the offset build deck: the coil sits deliberately off-centre, which puts the airflow inlet directly beneath it and makes coil installation noticeably easier than on a conventional symmetrical deck.

Beneath the coil, an H-shaped airflow diffuser channels air in from both sides before it reaches the coil, which improves flavour consistency across the full draw. You also get a bottom rotating AFC ring with nine holes, so you can dial the airflow to exactly where you want it. If you’re searching for the Odd Job RBA, the OddJob RBA, or just a quality boro RBA for an AIO setup, this is the one.

Suicide Mods Odd Job RBA Key Features

  • Offset dual-post single-coil build deck for easy coil fitting
  • H-shaped airflow diffuser beneath the coil for improved flavour

  • 4ml PCTG tank capacity with the bridge installed
  • Two large wick holes at the base for maximum juice flow
  • Stainless steel body, PCTG tank section
  • Boro connection, fits most AIO and boro mod devices
  • 510 adapter included for coil testing on a standard mod
  • Compatible with Crypt and Ether Boro PCTG tank sections
  • Available in Matte Black, Electric Blue, and Gun Metal

Offset Build Deck

The Odd Job gets its name from the asymmetric build deck, which positions the coil to one side of the bridge rather than dead centre. This is not just a cosmetic choice: it means the airflow inlet sits directly under the coil without any redirection, so every bit of air you draw passes straight through the coil. The dual-post design clamps your wire between two posts on a flat base, which makes fitting pre-built coils straightforward even in the confined space of a boro-format bridge. There is no complex positioning to work out; the deck geometry does that for you.

H-Shaped Airflow Diffuser

Underneath the coil, Suicide Mods installed an H-shaped insert at the mouth of the airflow channel. Most boro RBAs bring air in from a single direction; the H-insert splits the flow and brings it in from both sides simultaneously. The result is a more even heat distribution across the coil and a cleaner, more flavour-forward draw. This is one of the details that sets the Odd Job apart from simpler boro bridges on the market and is worth understanding if flavour is your main priority.

Bottom Adjustable Airflow

The rotating AFC ring at the base of the bridge has nine holes that you open or close by turning the ring. At fully open it delivers a wide, unrestricted draw suited to DTL or relaxed RDL vaping. Close it down progressively for a tighter, more focused RDL pull. There is no notchy click stop on the ring; the adjustment is smooth and continuous, so you can land on the exact resistance you prefer. The Odd Job is an RDL/DTL device. If you need MTL capability, the Odd Job V2 RBA is the version to look at, as it uses interchangeable airflow pins to reach tighter MTL draws.

Juice Flow and Wicking

The two wick holes are cut into the very base of the bridge, which keeps the cotton as close to the tank reservoir as possible and gives liquid the shortest path to the coil. This minimises dry hits, particularly towards the end of a tank, and helps you use almost all of the 4ml before the flavour degrades. To wick correctly, thread your cotton through the coil and let the tails hang straight down through the holes without compressing them. Loose, slightly fluffy tails feed liquid faster and more reliably than tightly packed ones.

Tank and Build Materials

The bridge itself is machined from stainless steel. The tank section is made from PCTG, a food-grade plastic that is both durable and impact-resistant. A clear PCTG tank comes pre-installed so you can see your liquid level at a glance. The box also includes a smoked PCTG tank as an alternative. If you need replacements, the Odd Job bridge is compatible with Crypt Boro and Ether Boro PCTG tank sections as well as the Suicide Mods own tanks, giving you a reasonable supply of spares. Capacity with the bridge in place is 4ml.

Boro Compatibility and 510 Adapter

The Odd Job uses a boro connection and fits the vast majority of AIO devices and boro mods on the market. If your device takes a standard boro-format bridge, the Odd Job will drop straight in. The included 510 adapter lets you test your build on any standard 510-connection mod before you install the bridge in your AIO, which is useful for checking coil resistance and confirming wicking before you commit. Pre-built coils work well here; for RDL use, a single-strand fused clapton or a simple round wire at around 0.3-0.5ohm is a solid starting point. For DTL, go lower resistance with a higher-wattage setup that suits your specific device’s output range.
