VOOPOO VINCI Spark 220 Vape Kit

The VOOPOO VINCI Spark 220 is a dual 18650 box mod kit delivering 5-220W output, paired with the UForce-X sub-ohm tank and PnP X coils. At 108g it is around 30% lighter than most dual-battery mods, thanks to a full aluminium alloy body with a spring-loaded 510 connection at the top.

The standout feature is the animated starlight coating: 84 LED lights embedded in the panel cycle through four light effects when the device fires, alongside a 1.47″ TFT screen that is 2.4 times larger and four times the resolution of a standard box mod display. Powered by the GENE.AI 2.0 chipset with Smart, RBA and TC-TRC modes, this kit suits experienced sub-ohm vapers who want high output in a lightweight build, and the 510 connection means it is also compatible with third-party tanks.

5-220W Output and Dual 18650 Batteries

The Spark 220 requires two external 18650 batteries, which are not included in the kit. For reliable performance at higher wattages, high-drain cells rated at 20A continuous discharge or above are recommended. The magnetic battery cover snaps off without tools for quick swaps, and a battery ribbon inside the compartment makes removing cells easier. Type-C charging at 5V/3A charges both cells through the device when a full battery swap is not practical. Individual battery level indicators on the screen show the charge state of each cell separately, which helps to keep the pair balanced.

GENE.AI 2.0 Chipset and Vaping Modes

Smart Mode detects the installed coil’s resistance and sets the recommended wattage automatically, with the option to adjust up or down within the coil’s supported range. RBA Mode gives full manual control from 5W to 220W in 1W steps. TC-TRC Mode supports temperature control on Ni200, Titanium, SS316 and SS430 wire, with a temperature range of 100-315°C. The chipset also includes seven safety protections covering short-circuit, over-temperature, overcharge, reverse battery installation and more. Three presses of the fire button open the menu for mode selection, UI themes, puff counter reset and LED settings.

1.47″ TFT Screen

The screen measures 1.47 inches and offers 2.4 times the display area and four times the resolution of a typical compact box mod screen. It shows output wattage, voltage, coil resistance, individual battery levels, puff count and the active mode at a glance. Three interface themes can be selected from the menu. The screen stays on during vaping and displays animated effects in sync with the LED panel.

Animated Starlight Coating

The Spark 220 has 84 LED lights embedded beneath the surface of the mod body, which light up and animate when the device fires. Four light effect patterns can be selected or the LEDs can be switched off entirely from the menu to preserve battery life. The animated coating is paired with a nebula-style graphic theme on the screen when active. This is a cosmetic feature and has no effect on vaping performance.

Multifunctional Wheel Button

The side-mounted wheel button handles both firing and settings navigation. Rotating the wheel scrolls through wattage or temperature values; pressing it fires the device. Each rotation produces an audible click. This single-button layout replaces the up and down buttons found on most box mods, keeping the control surface clean and reducing the number of buttons that can be accidentally pressed in a pocket.

Magnetic Battery Cover

The battery compartment cover is held in place by magnets and pulls away cleanly with no clips or sliding mechanism. Two 18650 cells load in parallel. The kit includes a battery ribbon inside the compartment to help lift the cells out without needing to tip the device. Ensure the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity as marked inside the compartment before closing the cover.

Type-C 5V/3A Charging

The Spark 220 charges via Type-C at 5V/3A, which is faster than the 5V/1A or 5V/2A charging found on many mod kits. Charging through the device is convenient for top-ups, though swapping fully charged external batteries is the faster option for uninterrupted use. The port is located on the base of the device.

UForce-X Tank and PnP X Coil Compatibility

The kit includes the VOOPOO UForce-X tank, which holds 2ml in the UK TPD version and uses a sliding top-fill cap. The tank has dual top air inlets and a stepless airflow adjustment ring. It accepts the full PnP X coil range via press-fit installation, with the 0.15Ω and 0.3Ω coils included in the box. The 0.15Ω coil runs at 60-80W and suits high-VG shortfills; the 0.3Ω runs at 25-40W and is better suited to RDL vaping. Spring-Loaded 510 Connection

The 510 connector at the top of the Spark 220 is spring-loaded to accommodate tanks of varying base thicknesses. It is compatible with any 510-threaded sub-ohm tank, not only the included UForce-X. The 29mm diameter of the UForce-X sits flush on the mod deck. Tanks up to around 30mm diameter will fit without significant overhang.
