AXON Auto-Power and No-Screen Simplicity

The headline difference between the Mini and the standard XROS 4 is the lack of a screen and the lack of a fire button. There is no wattage to set, no power mode to step through, and no menu to learn.

Inhale, the AXON chipset detects the draw, reads the pod resistance, and fires the coil at roughly 16W. Fit a 1.0 ohm MTL pod and the output drops to suit a tighter, cooler draw.

Fit the 0.4 ohm RDL pod and the chipset pushes more current through the mesh for a warmer, looser session. The vaper does nothing, the kit handles it.

This makes the XROS 4 Mini a strong pick for first-time refillable pod vapers stepping off disposables. Equally for experienced vapers who want a second device that does not need attention. Battery Life and 30-Minute USB-C Charging

The 1000mAh internal battery is solid for a kit this size. MTL vapers using a 1.0 ohm or 1.2 ohm pod will comfortably get through a full day of casual use on a single charge.

RDL sessions through the 0.4 ohm or 0.6 ohm pod pull harder on the battery and drain it noticeably quicker. This is normal for any sub-ohm pod.

USB-C 2A charging takes approximately 30 minutes from flat to full, with passthrough vaping supported while the cable is connected. The RGB indicator on the front shows battery level at a glance: green for above 60%. Blue between 30% and 60%, and red when the battery is below 30% and ready for a top-up.

Adjustable Airflow for MTL and RDL

An airflow slider sits on the side of the chassis. Close it right down for a tight MTL draw close to a cigarette pull, or open it fully for restricted direct lung territory.

The slider holds its position in pocket, so the draw stays consistent from one vape to the next. Auto-draw activation works the same whether the airflow is closed off tight or wide open, the chipset compensates either way.

Pod Compatibility

The XROS 4 Mini takes every XROS pod from 0.4 ohm RDL up to 1.2 ohm MTL across both pod generations. One 0.4 ohm Corex 2.0 mesh pod comes pre-installed in the box. The pod shell is universal across the XROS family, so both Corex 2.0 replacement pods and the newer Corex 3.0 Hive Mesh pods fit the same magnetic connector. The generation difference is the coil technology inside the pod, not the pod fit. All XROS pods use side fill with a silicone plug and SSS leak-resistant technology.

How to Use the XROS 4 Mini

First-time setup is short, with no buttons or settings to learn. The pre-installed 0.4 ohm Corex 2.0 pod takes a 50/50 e-liquid or a 10-20mg nic salt e-liquid.

1. Lift the silicone bung on the side of the pod and fill to just below the line.
2. Click the bung firmly back into place and let the pod sit for two to three minutes.
3. Slot the pod onto the magnetic connector at the top of the device.
4. Open or close the side airflow slider to set the draw style.
5. Inhale to vape: there is no fire button and no settings to adjust.

The RGB indicator gives a quick read on charge state without any screen: green during a puff means plenty left. Blue means moderate charge, and red with a few short flashes means time to plug in.

Available Colours

The XROS 4 Mini comes in ten finishes split across three families. The Ice colourway has a translucent shimmer over a frosted shell in Blue, Green, Purple and Pink.

The Camo finish uses a matte multi-tone pattern in Silver, Red and Yellow. The Standard finish keeps things clean in solid Black, Space Grey and Champagne Gold.
