OXVA Xlim EZ Pods

OXVA Xlim EZ replacement vape pods are the latest top-fill cartridge option for the OXVA Xlim range. The “EZ” name comes from the easy-fill design, which uses a removable mouthpiece cap rather than a rubber stopper. Just snap the cap off, fill through the red port, and snap it back on.

Each pod holds 2ml of e-liquid (UK TPD compliant), has a built-in mesh coil, and comes in four resistance options for mouth-to-lung and restricted direct-to-lung vaping. The pods feature a four-layer leak-proof structure and work with most devices in the Xlim series. Sold in packs of 3, they are refillable cartridges that you fill with your own e-liquid.

Easy Top-Fill Design with Removable Mouthpiece Cap

The Xlim EZ pod uses a snap-off mouthpiece cap to access the filling port. This is a notable improvement over the side-fill rubber stopper found on older Xlim V2 pods and the rubber bung on V3 pods. You simply pull the cap upwards to remove it, fill through the clearly marked red port, and press the cap back into place. The cap clicks securely when reattached. You do not need to remove the pod from your device to refill, making top-ups quick and clean. Many vapers find the snap-off cap easier to handle than a rubber stopper, particularly if you have dexterity issues or short nails.

Built-in Mesh Coils for Improved Flavour

Each Xlim EZ pod has a mesh coil built permanently into it. The mesh element uses a precision-engineered heating wire layout that heats e-liquid evenly across a wide surface area, producing consistent flavour and smooth vapour from the first fill to the last. Because the coil is integrated, there are no separate coils to install or swap. When you notice the flavour dropping off or a burnt taste, replace the whole pod with a fresh one. Under normal use, each pod can handle up to 50ml of e-liquid before the coil needs replacing.

Four Resistance Options: 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω

The Xlim EZ range covers four resistances to suit different vaping preferences. The 0.4Ω pod runs at 26-30W for a warmer, slightly airier restricted direct-to-lung draw. The 0.6Ω operates at 20-25W, offering a balanced draw between RDTL and MTL. The 0.8Ω pod works at 12-16W for a tighter mouth-to-lung pull that suits ex-smokers, and the 1.2Ω runs at 10-12W for the tightest, most cigarette-like draw with minimal vapour. All four resistances work best with 50/50 VG/PG or nic salt e-liquids.

2ml E-Liquid Capacity

Each Xlim EZ pod holds 2ml of e-liquid in line with UK TPD regulations. At the lower wattages used by the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods, a full pod can last a good portion of the day before needing a top-up. At higher wattages with the 0.4Ω pod, you will refill more often, but the quick-release cap makes this straightforward. A 3ml version of the Xlim EZ pod is available in markets outside the UK.

Four-Layer Leak-Proof Protection

OXVA has built four layers of protection into each Xlim EZ pod. These cover the fill port, the top of the coil, the base of the coil and the wicking cotton. The sealed refill system includes direct venting at the filling port, which creates a tighter seal when the cap is closed and reduces the chance of liquid escaping during use. Combined with the special organic cotton that locks in and stores e-liquid effectively, the result is a pod that stays clean and rarely leaks during normal use.

Red Filling Port for Clear Visibility

The filling port on each Xlim EZ pod is highlighted in red, making it immediately obvious where to add your e-liquid. This small design touch is helpful when refilling in low light or when you are new to the device. The port opening is a generous size, wide enough to fit most e-liquid bottle nozzles without spillage.

Magnetic Connection to Device

The Xlim EZ pods click into your Xlim device using a magnetic connection. The pod sits firmly with no wobble, and the magnets provide a reliable electrical contact for consistent performance. Removing the pod is just as easy. Pull it upwards and the magnets release cleanly.

Compatible with the OXVA Xlim Series

Xlim EZ pods are designed for the OXVA Xlim range of devices. They are fully compatible with the Xlim Pro 2, Xlim Pro 2 DNA, Xlim SQ Pro 2, Xlim Pro 3, Xlim Pro, Xlim Classic Edition, Xlim SE 2, Xlim SQ Pro and Xlim Go. The Xlim SE, Xlim SQ and Xlim Pod are also compatible, but these three devices do not support the 0.4Ω EZ pod. Xlim EZ pods are not compatible with the NeXlim, Oneo or Vprime ranges, as those use their own dedicated pod systems.

How to Fill the OXVA Xlim EZ Pod

Filling the Xlim EZ pod takes just a few seconds. Pull the mouthpiece cap upwards to remove it. You will see the red filling port underneath. Insert your e-liquid bottle nozzle into the port and fill to just below the maximum line. Press the mouthpiece cap back down until it clicks into place. If this is a brand new pod, leave it standing for five to ten minutes before vaping to let the e-liquid fully soak into the cotton. This priming step prevents dry hits on your first few puffs.
